1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Digital Hubb ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Services
Digital Hubb provides:
- Purchase and instant delivery of mobile data bundles (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo).
- Airtime top-up services for all networks in Ghana.
- An online marketplace for physical and digital products.
- Agent storefronts where registered agents can resell data and products.
- A wallet system for faster checkout and repeat purchases.
3. Accounts
- You may create an account using email or Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
4. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
- Payments are processed securely through Paystack or the Digital Hubb wallet.
- Data and airtime purchases are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once delivered to the network.
- Physical product orders are subject to the seller's delivery and return policies.
- Transaction fees (where applicable) are displayed before you confirm payment.
5. Wallet
- Wallet funds can be used for data, airtime, and eligible product purchases.
- Wallet top-ups are processed via Paystack and are non-refundable.
- Withdrawals are subject to a processing fee as displayed at the time of request.
- Digital Hubb reserves the right to suspend wallet access if suspicious activity is detected.
6. Agent Program
- Agents are independent resellers who operate their own storefronts on the Platform.
- Agents set their own prices and are responsible for their customer relationships.
- Digital Hubb is not responsible for disputes between agents and their customers.
- Agent accounts may be suspended for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
- Abuse the referral or loyalty programs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Digital Hubb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for network delivery delays, third-party service outages, or losses arising from unauthorized account access. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
